During a 3 day retreat Amanda Helde, a US Air Force Veteran and now Founder & facilitator at H.O.O.V.E.S. works with a group of veterans and extracts the dark passenger in each veteran and opens up for discussions within the group with the intention of unleashing real feelings and stress factors of the veterans.
